First 15 minutes of this show are utterly irritating (that bird!), then KyoAni magic kicks in and it becomes fairly likable.

It's boring as fuck, even more so than the usual KyoAni.

I have to agree with s0beit, I find it hard to keep watching. Although of course, KyoAni are fine animators, but I think they're pushing it too far with the 'moe-marketing' now. (Mind you, ever since Haruhi S2 they lost a big proportion of my respect already.)

True. I guess they relied on the Azusa factor too much.
Btw what's with the gay flower seller? He seems out of place, but for some reason I like him.

I was fine with the first episode, but this second episode was pretty boring. I was also fine with the bird the first ep, but now it's getting annoying. I hope it improves.

I think the show has a lot of charm, I don't know if charm alone will sustain it. But either way it's good veg-out material, something easy to watch when I'm too tired for anything else but not enough to sleep.

Ok, the third episode was pretty great, because Shiori is awesome. If every episode from now on has her and Anko, then this show will be fine.

The art is great, though I can't help but see Azusas and Yuis everywhere. Makes you think they'll suddenly grab guitars and start singing.
You are right though it fits great as a "I can't sleep yet" anime.

I was planning on watching it.
