With the upcoming second season of Durarara!! titled Durarara!!x2 Shou debuting this January 10, 2015. Japanese telecommunications operator KDDI have recreated the anime’s first ending theme song, Trust Me by Yuya Matsushita, in live-action.
Not only was it done to show their appreciation for the series, it was to help advertise their anime pass service which lets subscribers watch over 500 anime titles on their smartphones and tablets for 400 yen a month.
The video featured 15 KDDI employees cosplaying as some of the Durarara!! characters such as Shizuo Heiwajima, Izaya Orihara, and Celty. After the ending sequence finishes we get to look behind the scenes which shows us how the video was made. Here’s the original ending theme:

Durarara!!x2 Shou will premiere in January 2015 followed by the second part Durarara!!x2 Ten in July 2015 and the third part Durarara!!x2 Ketsu in January 2016.
