Ninja Slayer is a series of novels which follow Kenji Fujikido who vows to hunt down and kill ninjas after his family is slain during a ninja battle. The stories are set in the futuristic city of Neo Saitama.

The story is written by Americans Bradley Bond and Philip [email protected] Morzez, and subsequently translated by a Japanese team. However, many readers believe that this back story is a ruse designed by the true creators. Upon gaining popularity online, the series was published by Enterbrain and subsequently adapted into three manga series by Enterbrain and Kodansha.
