The 10th compiled manga volume of Go Ikeyamada’s (Get Love!!: Field no Ouji-sama, Suki desu Suzuki-kun!!) gender-bender romantic-comedy shoujo manga, Kobayashi ga Kawai Sugite Tsurai!! (So Cute It Hurts!!), revealed that the series will be entering the final arc in its 11th volume. It has also been posted that the manga series has sold over 2,300,000 copies.

Ikeyamada began publishing the manga on August 20, 2012 in Shogakukan’s Semimonthly Shoujo Comic magazine under the Small Komi Flower Comics label. The manga’s release announcement was made on Sho-Comi’s 2012 No. 18th Issue.
Kobayashi ga Kawai Sugite Tsurai!! has ten compiled manga volumes so far. The first volume was released on December 26, 2012 while the tenth volume was released on January 26, 2015.
Viz Media announced on October last year at its New York Comic Con panel that they have acquired the license to publish the manga in English. The first English compiled manga volume will be released on June 2, 2015.

The third and sixth compiled manga volumes of the manga includes an original anime DVD. The third volume was released with the first episode of the OVA on July 26, 2013 while the sixth volume includes the second episode which was released on March 26, 2014. Each episode of the included animation has around 16 minutes of runtime.

The mixed twins – Kobayashi Mitsuru (male) and Kobayashi Megumu (female), who haven’t seriously fallen in love for someone and other who doesn’t know anything more than 2D world. A situation arises were Megumu and Mitsuru are forced to cross dress, and go to school? Mitsuru’s encouter with a cute girl in Megumu’s school and Megumu’s meeting with the guy she met earlier is actually in her brother’s school?? Will they find themselves and their first love??
