Yarukkya Knight, the 11 volumes Nonki Miyasu‘s manga that appeared on the 1980s Weekly Shonen Jump is about to get its own live-action film adaptation.
The movie is slated to open in select theaters on May 23, and it will be streamed on Niconico the same day.
Tomoya Nakamura (Aoi Honoo, Relay & Destroy, Rampo Noir) will play the male lead Gosuke Makoto, and the model Nina Endo from the non-no magazine will play the female lead Shizuka Misaki. Reiya Misaki (Samulife, Gakko no Kaidan, All Esper Dayo!) and Elisa Yanagi (Capturing Dad, Gou Gou The Cat, Death of Donomata) will also be part of the cast.
