The official website for Studio Trigger’s and Hiroyuki Imaishi’s upcoming original anime project for the Spring 2016 Ultra Super Anime Time block, Uchuu Patrol Luluco (Space Patrol Luluco), has been revealed. The cast and staff have been unveiled, along with the first promotional video and a key visual.
The cast consists of:
- Mao Ichimichi (Hikari Yagami from Digimon Adventure tri.) will voice Luluco
- Junya Enoki (Shoutarou Tatewaki from Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru) as ΑΩ・Nova
- Mayumi Shintani (Haruko Haruhara from FLCL) as Midori
- Over Justice: Tetsu Inada (Ioryogi from Kobato.) as Over Justice
- Mitsuo Iwata (Shoutarou Kaneda from Akira) as Keiji

Uchuu Patrol Luluco synopsis from MAL:
The show takes place in Ogikubo, which is the name of the specially designated area in space in the Milky Way where Earthlings and aliens can live together. Luluco is a female middle school student who lives with her father, and no matter where she is, Luluco is a common, “super normal” girl. As she is living her normal life, one day the mysterious transfer student ?O Nova abruptly appears before her. That meeting will change Luluco’s fate.
