A 1/8th scale figure of Nadeko Sengoku in her medusa version from the Monogatari Series: Second Season anime has been revealed by Good Smile Company. The figure is based on the cover illustration of the ‘Otorimonogatari Volume 2 / Nadeko Medusa (Part 2)’ Blu-ray & DVD.
The Figure shows Nadeko as the Snake Goddess oddity with a cute smile together with a hint of madness on her face. Her white hair made up of snakes has been carefully sculpted to preserve the subtle movements, creating a dynamic scene with mysterious charm. The donation box, bottles of sake and money are all included as a part of the figure to bring out the original illustration as faithfully as possible.
Monogatari Series: Second Season – Nadeko Sengoku Medusa ver. 1/8 figure – Pre-orders are currently available on JList and is scheduled to be released in June 2016.
