The first full trailer has released for Naruto Shippuuden Movie 7 “The Last”. This full trailer reveals the movie’s plot, new character designs, it’s setting of 2 years after the manga’s end, and a preview of the theme song Hoshi no Utsuwa, by Sukima Switch. The designs themselves are done by Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto, who also designed a brand new mysterious character. The film itself will be the 10th overall movie in Naruto and is part of a new greater project in celebration of the 15th anniversary of the franchise. The project itself is the Naruto Shin Jidai Kaimaku Project (Naruto’s New Era Opening Project) and includes a Naruto Exhibition that will open in Japan early next year.
Naruto Shippuuden Movie 7 “The Last” will release in Japanese theatres on December 6.

The moon is beginning to fall, and at the rate it’s going, it is doomed to fall on the Earth. The countdown for the survival of the planet begins. Among the havoc, Hinata’s younger sister Hanabi is captured by the mysterious enemy, Toneri Ootsutsuki. Naruto must overcome great danger on a mission to save Hanabi and the world along with Hinata, Sai, Shikamaru, and Sakura is their final story. “The final story is a first love.”
