Premium Bandai have revealed that pre-orders are opening on Friday for the Halloween-themed Eli Ayase figure which will cost a total of 15,552 yen ($132 USD). The 1/7th scale figure was first shown off at the Mega Hobby Expo in November and shows the school idol and student council member in a bustier, mini-skirt, garters, and witch hat. Orders will ship in September.
The figure is based on the Love Live! School Idol Project 2nd Season‘s fourth DVD and Blu-ray release jacket illustration.
The official Twitter account for the upcoming anime adaptation of Capcom’s Ace Attorney (Gyakuten Saiban) series has revealed that the series will debut on April 2. The adaptation of Capcom’s trial game series will run on YTV Saturdays at 17:30 starting in April.

Ace Attorney (Gyakuten Saiban) is a series of adventure and visual novel-esque video games developed by Capcom. First developed in 2001 for the Gameboy Advance, the game involves players playing as defense attorney Phoenix Wright. The game revolves around two segments, trial and investigation, where players will have to try and examine all the clues, witnesses and come up with a conclusion. Since the first game, a total of 9 games have been released, with the latest being The Great Ace Attorney for the 3DS.
The Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney anime will be airing in April 2016, throughout the Spring 2016 anime season. Additional information about the anime will be revealed at a later date.

Code Geass: Akito the Exiled is a theatrical OVA. It was officially announced in the bonus materials of Code Geass: The Miraculous Birthday. The new theatrical OVA is directed by Kazuki Akane (of Vision of Escaflowne and Noein: Mou Hitori no Kimi e fame) and once again features original character designs by CLAMP. It is a side-story that occurs between seasons one and two ofCode Geass.

Sound! Euphonium Welcome to Kitauji High School’s Musical Instrument Club is a Japanese novel by Ayano Takeda, published on December 5, 2013 by Takarajimasha. The story focuses on the Kitauji High School Music Club, which is steadily improving thanks to the newly appointed adviser’s strict instruction.
Hibike! Euphonium begins when Kumiko Oumae, a girl who was in the brass band club in junior high school, visits her high school’s brass band club as a first year. Kumiko’s classmates Hazuki and Sapphire decide to join the club, but Kumiko sees her old classmate Reina there and hesitates. She remembers an incident she had with Reina at a brass band club contest in junior high school.

Naruto Shinden is a light novel series which was released from September to November 2015.
The series consists of two instalments. Itachi Shinden deals with Itachi’s childhood as a shinobi of the Uchiha clan, his relationship to Shisui Uchiha and finally the downfall of his clan and how Itachi joined Akatsuki. Sasuke Shinden takes place after Akatsuki Hiden: Evil Flowers in Full Bloom and is about Sasuke’s travels to find out more about Kaguya Otsutsuki.
Itachi Shinden consists of two novels: The first being the Book of Bright Light, which was released on September 4, 2015. The second novel, the Book of Dark Night, which was released on October 2, 2015.

Figure company FREEing has announced the start of pre-orders for their latest figure, a 1/4th scale of Hatsune Miku’s Winter version. The figure is modeled after their previous 1/4th scale Hatsune Miku V3, which was released in November of last year. Along with a modified color scheme, various snowflakes have been added onto her outfit to give off a snowy, wintry feeling. Her pose has also been altered slightly, her hand now held up to hold in it a delicate snowflake, and her mouth open in a slight smile.
At 1/4th scale, Snow Miku measures at a massive 42cm (16.5in), and was sculpted by the ever-talented Hiroshi from Sakura Zensen, most known for his beautiful Fate/Extra CCC 1/8th scale Saber Bride released by Meticom Toy.

The anime’s site has three brand new visuals that introduce the two leading factions of the series. The visual above features new fighters that are called Valkyries. The next visual features the 5 members of the Tactical Sound Unit Walkure, which are composed of idols.
They will be up against the 5 members of the Aerial Knights Valkyrie team from the Kingdom of Wind.
The first cast member of the anime has been revealed. A competition was held late last year by the anime’s staff in a set of singing auditions. Eventually, Minori Suzuki won the singing competition and will voice Freyja Wion in the upcoming series as her debut anime role.

Macross is a Sci-Fi mecha franchise created by Shoji Kawamori in 1982. The franchise began as a TV anime series in 1982 as Super Dimension Fortress Macross, produced by Studio Nue (Dirty Pair, Space Battleship Yamato) and running for 36 episodes. The anime itself was localised to North American audiences in the following, as part of the first entry in Robotech. Since its initial series, there has been two additional anime series: Macross 7 in 1994 and Macross Frontier in 2008, alongside various OVAs, anime films and accompanying manga and video game adaptations. The most recent anime of Macross was the second Macross Frontier film that released in 2012, Macross FB7: Ore no Uta wo Kike!
Here is the synopsis of the original 1982 Macross anime:
In 1999, an alien ship crashes on South Atalia Island and makes the human race aware of other life in space. Ten years later, the ship is reconstructed and christened as the SDF-1 Macross. However, on the day of its maiden voyage, an alien race called the Zentraedi make their appearance on Earth, beginning the UN Spacy/Zentraedi war that would change the history of both races forever.

D.Gray-Man creator Katsura Hoshino went on her Instagram to thank fans about the recent announcement for theupcoming 2016 anime adaptation of the series. She mentions that the new series will be a continuation of the story.

D.Gray-man is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Katsura Hoshino. The series tells the story of a boy named Allen Walker, a member of an organization of Exorcists who make use of an ancient substance called Innocence to combat the Millennium Earl and his demonic army of Akuma. Many characters and their designs were adapted from some of Katsura Hoshino’s previous works and drafts, such as Zone.
The manga began serialization in 2004 in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, published by Shueisha. The first 12-minute OVA, titled “Shinobiyori Sugiru Kage” (A Shadow That Snuck Up Too Close), features a completely original story written by the manga’s original author ONE. The OVA takes place after Saitama’s fight with Mosquito Girl, and it follows Genos as he is persistently and suspiciously prowling after Saitama trying to find out the secret of his strength. Additionally, a mysterious person appears who has a “certain reason” to hold a grudge against Saitama. The OVA will be included on the television anime’s first Blu-ray Disc/DVD volume on December 24.
The second 11-minute OVA, titled “Hanashibeta-sugiru Deshi” (The Pupil Who Is an Extremely Poor Talker), also features a completely original story written by the manga’s original author ONE. In this episode, Genos deals with Don Pacino’s Mafia gang, even as he goes bargain-shopping for Saitama. This episode will be included on the television anime’s second Blu-ray Disc/DVD volume on January 29.
There will be a total of 6 OVAs for the One Punch-Man anime that will be bundled with each volume, each lasting approximately 10 minutes. All the OVAs feature original stories written by ONE himself. The 6 OVAs are:

The anime’s website has revealed that the volumes will contain English subtitles alongside Japanese audio. The first volume released on December 24, and the second volume will release on January 26 with:

In addition to this, two new visuals have been revealed for the anime adaptation of ONE and Yuusuke Murata’s One Punch-Man manga in the November 2015 issue of Animedia and NewType. The first new visual features both Saitama and Genos:
One Punch-Man is an action, comedy, parody manga written by ONE and illustrated by Yuusuke Murata. The series began in 2009 as a free online web comic written by ONE, before being picked up by Shueisha and being featured in their Young Jump magazine publication in mid 2012, with Murata illustrating. To date, a total of 7 compiled volumes have been released with the 8th volume releasing on April 3rd. The series has become a phenomenon in Japan, selling over 4.5 million copies as of November last year, doubling its sales in one year.
In this new action-comedy, everything about a young man named Saitama screams “AVERAGE,” from his lifeless expression, to his bald head, to his unimpressive physique. However, this average-looking fellow doesn’t have your average problem… He’s actually a superhero that’s looking for tough opponents! The problem is, every time he finds a promising candidate he beats the snot out of them in one punch. Can Saitama finally find an evil villain strong enough to challenge him? Follow Saitama through his hilarious romps as he searches for new bad guys to challenge!
The official website for upcoming original TV anime Qualidea Code has revealed additional cast members. The series follows children of Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba as they fight to defend their cities from unknown invaders.

Qualidea Code is a Japanese multimedia project co-published by Shueisha’s Dash X Bunko imprint, Fujimi Shobo’s Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint, Media Factory’s MF Bunko J imprint, Shogakukan’s Gagaga Bunko imprint, and Shueisha’s Jump Square magazine. The original concept was developed by Marvelous and a three-person unit of writers known as Speakeasy made up of Koushi Tachibana, Sou Sagara and Wataru Watari.
