The game received positive reviews and is considered as a hit. Since then, 3 main line games were released and numerous spin offs, re-releases and adaptations. Persona 2 released in 1999 and was made up of two games:Innocent Sin and Eternal Punishment. The game was a success in Japan but the game failed to receive good international support. The next game wouldn’t release until 2006 on the PlayStation 2. Persona 3 was a massive hit in both Japan and overseas selling over 500,000 units worldwide. Persona 4 followed the same path of success in 2008.

Here is the series synopsis from MAL:

Seishuu Handa is everything a high school boy could hope to be: handsome, smart, and a calligraphy genius. Though he is revered by the whole school, Handa is completely unaware of his popularity. Much to his best friend Takao Kawafuji’s amusement, Handa is convinced that the admiration of his classmates is actually bullying. Unfortunately for him, every action he takes in order to avoid being “bullied” results in another student, be they model or delinquent, joining the ranks of the Handa worshippers.

Handa-kun illustrates the hilarious high school days of the young calligrapher and his ever-growing fanbase, even though all he wants is a quiet life.

The Handa-kun TV anime will air every Friday at 1:58am JST on TBS starting from July 8th, during the Summer 2016 anime season. Additional information about the anime will be revealed soon.

Masou Gakuen HxH (Hybrid x Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia) is a Sci-Fi, harem light novel series written by Masamune Huji with character illustrations done by Kurogin, and mecha designs drawn by Hisasi. The series began in February 2014 being published under Kadokawa’s Sneaker Bunko imprint with the 6th novel releasing on October 1st in Japan. A drama CD of the series was released in March, featuring Ayaka Kimura (Nao Yorihime from Yosuga no Sora VN) and Ryouko Tanaka (Yumiko Sakaki from Grisaia no Kajitsu). A manga adaptation of the series was also produced earlier this year, being serialized in Kadokawa’s Monthly Comp Ace since June.

Here is the synopsis of the series:

Hida Kizuna possesses the HHG (Heart Hybrid Gear) ability, but it is not strong enough to make him particularly important. His older sister calls him to transfer to a strategic defense school, where many of the students (many of which are large-breasted girls) use their HHG abilities to fight invaders from another world while wearing extremely skimpy pilot outfits. Kizuna’s fighting ability doesn’t measure up, but his sister has another plan– apparently having erotic experiences with Kizuna will allow the girls to replenish their energy or power-up. It looks like his new school life is going to be full of embarrassment.

Explore the Alola Region of Pokémon Sun and Moon in New Trailer

A brand new trailer has been streamed for the upcoming highly anticipated release of Pokémon Sun and Moon. The new video reintroduces the two mascot legendaries of the game: Solgaleo the psychic Steel Pokemon on Sun, and Lunala the Psychic Ghost Pokemon onMoon. The trailer also shows off their signature moves, bits and pieces of the new Alola region, the ability to customise your trainer, and introduces some of the game’s main characters.

Pokémon Sun and Moon will be releasing on the 3DS in North America and Japan on November 18, and in Europe on November 23.

Here is the game’s previous trailer:

Here are the boxart for the games:

The three starter Pokemon in Pokémon Sun and Moon are:

  • Name: Rowlet
    Category: Grass Quill Pokémon
    Height: 1 ’00 ”
    Weight: 3.3 lbs.
    Type: Grass/Flying
    Starting Move: Leafage

Pokemon-Sun-Moon-Starter-RowletPokemon-Sun-Moon-Starter-Rowlet-Move

The first of the potential partners is the highly adaptable Grass Quill Pokémon, Rowlet. This Pokémon can fly silently through the skies, sneaking up on its opponent without being noticed. It can attack its opponents using powerful kicks, and it can also attack from a distance using the razor-sharp leaves that form part of its feathers. Rowlet can survey its environment and turn its neck nearly 180 degrees from front to back, so it can see directly behind itself. When in battle, Rowlet turns its head to face its Trainer when waiting for instructions.

  • Name: Litten
    Category: Fire Cat Pokémon
    Height: 1 ’04 ”
    Weight: 9.5 lbs.
    Type: Fire
    Starting Move: Ember

Pokemon-Sun-Moon-Starter-LittenPokemon-Sun-Moon-Starter-Litten-Move

The cool-headed Fire Cat Pokémon, Litten, is the next choice for a first-partner Pokémon. Litten’s fur is rich in oils and is immensely flammable. It constantly grooms itself by licking its coat, collecting loose fur into balls. It then ignites these hairballs to create fireball attacks. When the time comes for Litten to molt, it burns off all of its fur in one glorious blaze.

  • Name: Popplio
    Category: Sea Lion Pokémon
    Height: 1 ’04 ”
    Weight: 16.5 lbs.
    Type: Water
    Starting Move: Water Gun

Pokemon-Sun-Moon-Starter-PopplioPokemon-Sun-Moon-Starter-Popplio-Move

The third possibility is the acrobatic Sea Lion Pokémon, Popplio. Popplio can create balloons made of water from its nose and utilize them to create a variety of different strategies and attacks in battle. This Pokémon is better at moving in the water than on land, and can swim at speeds over 25 mph. On land, it uses the elasticity of the balloons it creates to perform jumps and acrobatic stunts.

Pokémon Sun and Moon will be releasing on the 3DS in North America and Japan on November 18, and in Europe on November 23. More information will be revealed in the upcoming months and at E3.
