HaruChika is a mystery novel series written by Sei Hatsuno that began in 2008 published by Kadokawa. To date the series has a total of 4 volumes released with the 5th volume scheduled to release in the upcoming months.
The novels revolve around the title characters Haruta Kamijou and Chika Homura, who are members of their school’s concert band. Together, the two solve day-to-day mysteries by building on their childhood friendship.
The anime adaptation of HaruChika, HaruChika: Haruta to Chika wa Seishun Suru, will air in January next year during the Winter 2015/2016 anime season. Further information about the series will be revealed in the upcoming months.
The official website of the Macross franchise revealed that Macross Delta began streaming a new commercial on Friday for the upcoming New Year’s Eve special on TV this year. The staff of the anime have hinted that the special will also be airing the first full episode. The anime is a direct sequel to the 2008 anime Macross Frontier, set 8 years after its events.

The games are set in a dystopian future Japan, where large monsters called Aragami have destroyed most of mankind. A total of 3 games have been released since its start in 2010. The first game in the series released in Japan in February 2010 for the PlayStation Portable with an updated release titled Gods Eater Burst later in the year, where it also released internationally. Super Sonico is a fictional female character created for the Japanese computer and video game software company Nitroplus, first appearing as a mascot for a Nitroplus-sponsored music festival in 2006. Nitroplus has since developed the character into a media franchise that includes music products, manga series, computer and video games, toy figurines and other merchandise. An anime television series by White Fox based on the character aired in Japan between January and March 2014.
A brand new visual has been revealed for the recently announced anime project based on Kentarou Miura’s Berserk manga. The visual itself, which features Guts as the Black Swordsman, also reveals that the anime is scheduled for 2016.
The project itself was announced in the recent issue of Hakusensha’s Young Animal magazine. Miura comments in the issue that the manga will be on hiatus until Summer next year. He also mentions that the new anime project will depict the Black Swordsman arc. The magazine has also announced that the 1997 TV anime adaptation of the series will be released as a Blu-ray boxset on April 20, 2016. The boxset will retail for ¥18,000 ($148.80).

Aniplex of America revealed plans to release the film Kizumonogatari I Tekketsu-hen in theaters in the United States on February 26, 2016, on Thursday. The company began streaming a second English-subtitled trailer for the film.
The Tokyo Cinema City theatre listed the first film of the upcoming anime adaptation of Nisio Isin and Vofan’s Kizumonogatari entry in the Monogatari light novel series to run for a total of 60 minutes.

The announcement of the anime, titled Phantasy Star Online 2: The Animation, was made at the offline ARKS Caravan event in Okinawa. The anime will have a brand new original story set in a near future Earth setting, within the universe of Phantasy Star Online 2. It will featuring stories from the players of the game, which is out on the PC, PlayStation Vita and mobile devices.
Phantasy Star is one of the longest running JRPG franchises in the industry. Developed and published by Sega, the first game in the series released in Japan on the Sega Master System in late December, 1987. Since the first game’s release, over 10 games have been produced. The series eventually grew internationally with the release of Phantasy Star Online in 2000, a MMORPG that released on the Dreamcast, Xbox and PC. Since its release, the Online games became its own series. All of the games are set in the near future in various solar systems and clusters. The latest game in the series is Phantasy Star Nova, a single player RPG based on PSO2 for the PlayStation Vita.
Phantasy Star Online 2 is a video game in the Phantasy Star series published by Sega. It was released for Microsoft Windows on July 4, 2012, and for PlayStation Vita on February 28, 2013. A spin-off game, Phantasy Star Online 2es, was released for Android on April 7, 2014 and for iOS on May 14, 2014. The game is currently only available commercially in Japan and the Pacific Southwest, but an English-language patch was released.
Phantasy Star Online 2: The Animation will air from January next year during the Winter 2015/2016 anime season, on TBS and BS-TBS. Further information about the series will be revealed in the near future.
